AIMS: Return Policy

As a professional association for Muslim mental health professionals, AIMS is committed to ensuring the highest quality of care for our members and the individuals and communities they serve. We stand behind the services and products we offer, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership or any other product or service provided by AIMS, we offer a straightforward return policy:

Membership Returns:
At AIMS, we take our commitment to our members very seriously. We understand that membership fees are a significant investment, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services and benefits you receive as an AIMS member.

As such, we have a straightforward and transparent membership return policy. AIMS membership fees are non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and if you believe that there has been a billing error or if you have been double-billed for your membership, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

We also understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your membership with AIMS. If you need to cancel your membership, please contact us at least 30 days before your membership renewal date. We will then process your cancellation request, and you will not be charged for the following year's membership fee. Please note that once you have cancelled your membership, you will lose access to all member benefits and services.

We want to ensure that you are getting the most out of your AIMS membership, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support, and we will work with you to address any issues or concerns you may have.Product Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from AIMS, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused. Please contact us for return instructions and a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.

Conference Registration Returns:
If you are unable to attend a conference or event for which you have registered, you may request a refund up to 14 days before the event. After that time, no refunds will be given. Please contact us for more information.
